“The Main Street Gallery is a little arty, a little funky and definitely ….fun.”

The Gallery showcases many local artists work and also features a unique collection of distinctive and fun clothing and accessories. All of the work in the gallery is from artists residing from our home state of Washington and media consists of everything from watercolor and oils to sculpture, photography, jewelry and batik. In addition to all this, the gallery also host may events which can be checked on their website’s events calendar.

The Lake Chelan Historical Society

Founded in 1970, the Historical Society was in charge of the new library and educational museum. Their collection includes a variety of Native American baskets and clothing as well as a unique collection of films dated in the early 1900’s. In addition, there are also pioneer artifacts and early photographs of the city of Chelan and the areas surrounding it.

There are approximately 11,000 square feet of exhibit and storage space in the museum and two floors to display all of their interesting artifacts and pictures.
